tirz vs sema for weight, which u prefer?

tirz hits 2 receptors so on paper bigger effect, the surmount numbers were kinda nuts. both are tier 1 though which is rare for anything discussed on here

sema worked fine for me but the appetite quiet was a bit less smooth than friends on tirz. all anecdotal obviously, n=1
