Tracking tolerability on tirzepatide during titration

I have been logging tolerability through the standard titration schedule for tirzepatide, mostly to understand how much the gastrointestinal effects track with each step up. The nausea has been very dose-step dependent in my own log, easing after the first week at each level.

Curious how this matches other peoples logs. I am specifically interested in whether slower titration meaningfully reduced side effects for you, since the trials suggest the gradual ramp exists precisely for tolerability.

My log matches yours. The slower ramp clearly reduced the nausea for me at each step, especially the first two levels.

Smaller, lower-fat meals during the titration weeks made the gastrointestinal side much more manageable in my experience.
