Total beginner, fat-loss goal — which compound page do I read first?

completely new here and my goal is fat loss, and honestly the acronyms are a lot. if you had to pick ONE compound page a beginner should read first to build a base, what is it and why?

I'd rather understand the strongest-evidence options and the tier system before I look at anything exotic. not asking for a protocol or where to buy — just where to start reading so the rest makes sense.

thank you both, that's a much clearer starting point than I expected.

start with the compounds that actually have tier 1 evidence — the approved GLP-1s like semaglutide and tirzepatide — and read the evidence-tier guide next to them. starting with the strongest evidence calibrates everything after. don't start with the exotic research peptides.

add: glance at the FDA-status and evidence-tier fields on each compound page first. those two fields tell you most of what you need before reading a single forum opinion.
