the combo logic is they supposedly work on different pathways. emphasis on supposedly, its all preclinical so nobody really knows if stacking adds anything
i mean i used both after my tendon thing and it was fine, but i genuinely have no clue if the stack did anything vs just the bpc on its own
worth saying tb500 is a fragment, not the same as the full thymosin beta-4 that actually has some human trials. people mix those two up constantly and it inflates how good the evidence looks
