Sermorelin: the GHRH analog that used to be FDA approved

Something a lot of people do not realize: sermorelin (GHRH 1-29) was previously marketed in the US as Geref before being discontinued as a finished product. It is now mostly available through compounding pharmacies.

So unlike most research peptides, there is genuine historical clinical and diagnostic human use behind it. It still is not a currently approved marketed drug, but its background is different from the pure gray-market compounds.

The Geref history is accurate, and it is the reason sermorelin has more genuine human and diagnostic background than most of what gets discussed in this category.
