most of the actual studies used the intranasal route fwiw, a lot of the forum dosing assumes injection which isnt really how it was studied. evidence is tier 2, mostly russian studies

i tried the nasal one, cant really tell if it did much honestly. very subtle if anything, not like a benzo or whatever
