Goal-based reading list: injury recovery research

A lot of people arrive here after an injury, so here is a goal-based reading list for the recovery topic. Start with the evidence-tier guide so the rest makes sense, then read the individual compound pages for BPC-157, TB-500, and full-length thymosin beta-4 with the tier labels in mind.

The recurring theme for this goal is that the most-hyped compounds are precisely the ones with the least human evidence. That does not make them useless, but it should shape how confident anyone is. Add your own favorite sources below and I will fold them in.

This list is basically my last two months of reading. The only thing I would add is the COA guide, since sourcing quality matters once you understand the evidence.
