CJC-1295 is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1-29), commonly studied alongside ghrelin-mimetic secretagogues. A DAC (drug affinity complex) variant is designed for an extended half-life. It is not FDA-approved and lacks published human efficacy randomized controlled trials; mechanistic data come largely from early pharmacology studies and animal models.
