Gonadorelin is synthetic GnRH and has FDA-recognized use, as Factrel, mainly as a diagnostic agent for evaluating pituitary gonadotropic function. The broader GnRH agonist class is widely used across medicine.

It stimulates the pituitary to release LH and FSH and has a very short half-life. Its diagnostic and clinical pedigree is well established, which separates it from the gray-market peptides discussed here.

The diagnostic pedigree is real, and the broader GnRH agonist class is extremely well validated across oncology and reproductive medicine. Gonadorelin itself is mostly a diagnostic tool.
